August 6, 2015

Waupun, Wis. – Koch Pipeline Company, L.P. (KPL) donated an 18-foot enclosed trailer stocked with emergency response equipment and materials to the Waupun Fire Department. The donation, valued at nearly $30,000, includes boom, absorbents, a drum skimmer, pumps, compressors, generators and related equipment that will improve firefighters’ ability to respond to a hazardous materials (hazmat) incident.

“On behalf of my team, I want to thank Koch Pipeline Company for giving back to our community,” said Waupun Fire Chief B.J. DeMaa. “Improving public safety will make Waupun an even better place to live, work and raise a family.”

We appreciate the services that firefighters provide to keep their communities safe, and we are proud to support the important work they do,” said Dave Stecher, vice president of Northern Operations for KPL.
