Koch invites undergrads to learn the business

April 4, 2016

On Friday, April 1, Koch welcomed 175 college students representing a dozen universities across Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Nebraska and Arkansas to the company’s main campus in Wichita for IT and Business Insights Day.

Split into two sessions for upcoming IT and business grads, these on-site visits are part of Koch’s ongoing effort to provide prospective new hires firsthand experience with all the company has to offer new college grads.

At both sessions, students were given a company tour, shared lunch with alumni from their respective schools, learned more about our Market-Based Management® business philosophy and heard from a number of guest speakers working in their fields of study.

Earlier in the year, Koch hosted a similar event for accounting and human resources students. If you are a current student nearing graduation who may have missed any of these events, we encourage you to visit kochcollegerecruiting.com and see if any of our open roles align with your degree.
