By using available resources wisely and minimizing environmental impact, Georgia-Pacific works hard to meet the current needs of society without jeopardizing the ability to serve it in the future. The company procures the majority of its fiber for its products from family forests like Lee Allen’s in Cromwell, Alabama and also works with different state forestry associations and key environmental groups to both protect endangered forests and promote forest management.
